To remove minor crimes from the records of people who may have comitted offences in their youth & have never committed crimes of the same nature or other crimes in their adult lives.
This would enable people to be able to have a job or career that would not feel at risk of never getting because of minor youth crimes of 5 10 15 or 20 yrs or more ago
