Petition Ban single use plastics from major sporting events in the UK

After watching Wimbledon this year many people including myself noticed single use plastics being used by athletes and spectators. There must have been a massive amount of plastic waste at the end of the event. I believe single use plastics no longer have a place in any major sporting event.
