Rejected petition Employees own their State Pensions so Government can't describe it as a benefit
The employer and employee have contributed to the State Pension so it belongs to the employee NOT the Government and therefore can't be called a Benefit and the government should not withhold payment to the employee. This would be deemed a criminal offence if attempted by any other party!
