Petition A mechanism to force an elected local Councillor to resign or be removed.

There are many Councillors who represent wards and approach the constituent at election time but when a constituent go to them for any assistance or advice they don't seem to have time or inclination to help. With this in mind I was shocked to learn that there is no recourse for the voting public.
