Rejected petition Amend the SOA 2003 to correctly label Female on Male rape cases.

Currently Female on Male cases are only classified as ‘Sexual Assault’, rather than their true classification of rape.

As defined in the dictionary:
“unlawful sexual intercourse ... by a sex organ, other body part, or foreign object, ... without the consent of the victim”

Sexual assault has been evidenced numerous times as carrying a lighter sentence than rape. In either situation, ceteris paribus, the punishment should be equal.
