Petition Increase budget for Royal Navy. Commit to building more ships now.

Current situation with threat to international shipping with British flagged ship being captured has shown very publicly how small our navy has got. Current orders don't even cover ships being retired over next 10 years. We need more ships asap. Plans have already been made for ships but not ordered
