UK Veteran, No Legs No Compensation!
Currently any British veteran that was injured in the Iraq war prior to 1 April 2005 are not eligible for the current compensation scheme.
More details
There are UK veterans who have pledged their allegiance to our country, went to war in Iraq, were injured in the line of duty and who have not received a penny in compensation.
There is a young veteran, in the UK, with no legs and he has never received a penny in compensation for his injuries.

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
Veterans who were injured due to service before 6 April 2005 are already able to claim compensation under the War Pension Scheme. We're not sure exactly what further action you'd like the Government or Parliament to take.
You can find out more about eligibility here:

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
