Petition Open the Childcare voucher scheme to allow the purchase of other essentials.

The childcare voucher scheme is a fantastic way to save TAX and NI contributions when paying for essential childcare for new and existing parents. The scheme, including the newer taxfree childcare should be opened up so that other essential items of 'childcare' can be purchased such as milk formula.
