Petition All public buildings to have a room for breastfeeding mothers to express milk

The WHO recommends that mothers continue to breastfeed babies up to the age of 2 years. Breastfeeding mothers who have to use public services (courts, job centres, hospitals etc) need somewhere private and hygienic to express. Toilets are not a suitable location.
