All professional footballers who play for a UK based team should pay income tax in the UK, irrespective of their nationality or where they live. It should not be possible to pay players wages into offshore accounts or holding companies or any other methods used to avoid paying tax. Given their vast salaries, this would give a huge boost to the UK coffers.
