Petition A legally binding referendum, in the event we rejoin, once we've left the EU

Should any party wish to force the UK to rejoin the EU once we've left, it should require a legally binding referendum, of which voter turnout must be equal to or greater than, the original vote to leave in 2016. To eliminate being taken back into a union with the EU without public approval.
