Rejected petition Unfair decision made on my LTR case under Atricle 8

More details

I came to this country as a visitor and appiled for Discretionary Leave to Remain but UKBA asked my solicitor to provide more information as e didn't they refused my case with no appeal right however I did send all my information to my solicitor also I asked to reconsider the refusal again they refused and asked me to leave but I cant leave the UK because I would be tortured by my family mentally and physically. I got family and private life in UK.

Anyone come forward and help me with my case just write a statement for me or any help would be appriciated.
