Break up the union now, before scotland does it and ensure the longeviety of England as in the current finiacial postion, we need to be thinking of number 1.

The other factor of course would mean money per person ration spent by the Government would dramaticlly increase and so would the quality of life

Also this would mean the end of scottisdh and welsh hatred of both the conservatives and liberals at election!
