Rejected petition Refrendum in Jammu Kashmir State as Per UN resolutions under the auspices of UN

This pettion demands British Govt as permanant member of the UNSC to bring other 4 permanant members into an agreement, including India & Pakistan for refrendum in all parts of Jammu Kashmir State by giving people 3 options.
1- Independence
2-Accession to Pakistan
3-Accession to India

More details

Jammu Kashmir-JK is 7 decades longstanding issue between people of Kashmir, Pakistan & India. This issue is on UN agenda since 1948. In recent development Indian Govt has stripped off special status of JK State, & has bolished the article 370 by going against the Indian constitution, bileteral agreements between two nuclear powers , & UN resolutions of 1948. Uni-lateral move by India has outraged the people of Muslim majority  state and there are fair chances of nuclear war between two States.
