This includes police torture (with four civilians killed every day); genocide (e.g. Panjaab and Dheli and Gurjarat 2002); denial of self-determination and free referendums in Panjaab, Kashmir, Manipur, Tamilnadu, Baluchistan; intense persecution and violence on Dalits and Adivasis (with a Dalit killed every 20-minutes); and, massive oppression and violence on women, with a women being raped every 20 minutes.
