Rejected petition Cease the charging of VAT on children’s school wear containing a logo

My 15 year old son is tall (5’ 12”) I have recently been charged VAT on his logo’d school uniform because of the size - 34”/34” trousers and a 40” chest blazer. He is a child and will not wear these items outside school. I do not believe that VAT should have been levied.
