Rejected petition Make prep available on the NHS to all of those at risk of HIV

Men who have sex with men are at much greater risk of contracting HIV. There is a drug known as prep that can prevent this, yet it is not widely available on the NHS. A select few have it for free as part of a trial and the rest have to pay at least £40 a month to prevent them from contracting HIV.
