Rejected petition Halt Brexit till After a Royal Commission into if & how we should leave the EU

The argument for both remain and leave has been heated and ill informed. As a result we are woefully ill prepared to leave the EU. Brexit should be halted till after the whole argument could be looked at rationally and a sensible plan to leave formulated by a Royal Commission
