Rejected petition Ban one use plastics that mostly don't get recycled and switch to biodegradable.

Many plastic products that are marked as recyclable still end up in the trash which defeats they purpose of being recycled. plastic can take up to 500 yrs to degrade or more, these can and should be replaced with bio plastics especially One use items which have no use other than convenience.
