Rejected petition Enforce wearing a helmet when cycling on a road by making it law

Working for the ambulance service we too often see trauma, some that could be avoided if the correct protective equipment was used.
I believe, to help prevent potentially life changing injuries to the skull & brain &to help prevent death, the wearing of helmets should be law when cycling on a road
