Rejected petition Free prescriptions for bowel transplant, Crohns Disease and Colitis patients

I am a bowel transplant patient having suffered with the chronic condition Crohns Disease for 30 years. I have had to take medication all my life and will continue to do so. Patients with long term illnesses or bowel transplants should be entitled to free prescriptions. Please help me get the 100,000 signatures needed to raise this matter in Parliament.
