Petition BBC to pay for 1 million Sky Sports subscriptions

As the BBC has decided it is no longer going to adequately represent sports fans who pay its licence fee, we the undersigned call on the Department to instruct the BBC to offer one million 12 month subscriptions to Sky Sports in a free raffle available to all licence payers.

This raffle could be funded through profits made from their part ownership in the commercial digital television network UKTV & profits from the DVD sales of programmes such as Top Gear.
