Closed Repatriation of Powers from the European Union

This petition calls upon the Government to repatriate powers back to the United Kingdom from the European Union. By the end of 2013, the Government should consult widely on the powers that should be repatriated; then present legislation to Parliament for approval to repatriate powers; and then proceed to negotiate with the EU to bring those powers home or repatriate these powers unilaterally if necessary no later than the end of 2014.
