Petition to limit the amount a private individual or business can donate to a registered UK political party to £1000 per individual, or £10000 per business.

Big businesses and wealthy individuals are able to gain unfair influence over party policies by making large donations. This will prevent such occurrences and also encourage politicians to appeal more broadly to voters so as to encourage more people to donate and become involved and interested in politics.
