Petition Require landlords to rehome tenants in the event of flood or fire

As a British Red Cross Emergency Response Volunteer, I have seen countless examples of private landlords or housing associations failing to re-house tenants in the event their home is left uninhabitable due to a fire or flooding.

This has left tenants out on the street due to no fault of their own.
