Rejected petition MPs who defect to other parties should face mandatory by-election!

Over the past few months, we have seen MPs who were elected on a manifesto for a particular political party defect to another party.
This has all been done without a by-election.
We believe that MPs who choose to defect during a parliament should face a mandatory by-election.
