Due to the number of dogs killing cats an amendment to The Dangerous Dogs Act is needed; to include attacking & killing domestic pets, cats & dogs.

Make it a criminal & fineable offence. Plus orders to muzzle the dog, & keep on a lead at all times when outside in a public space.
