Rejected petition Make businesses responsible for cleaning up their local environs daily

I want the Government to make all businesses made legally responsible for daily cleaning of the external areas of their property (ies) including the adjoining hedges and roadway. If there is a case this should be extended ti include the locality as a special case. This would remove the rubbish from the environment and keep the areas looking neat and tidy. A neat and tidy area encourages that whereas rubish everywhere encourages people to litter.
