Rejected petition Reform rules on filibustering in the House of Lords.

The house of Commons has recently passed legislation to require the prime minister to ask for an extension to article 50. This is the clear will of the Commons. The purpose of the house of Lords is to scrutinse legislation, not block it, and filibustering is an innapropriate method for this purpose.
