Scrap plans for the HS2 project. Instead, modernise the present rail system. Technology is moving faster than the trains ever will.More and more business will be conducted via the internet in the future. More jobs can be created by modernising the present system. Build freight hubs and distribution centres at major cities and ports where freight can be transferred from road to rail. Use the railway not the roads.
