Petition Referndum in England to Ring Fence English Tax Revenues
More details
Following Mr Salmond’s views regarding the validity of the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom being allowed to be involved in the decision to hold a referendum on the future of the Union and in the absence of an English Parliament to represent England’s interests, a referendum should be held in England to decide if the tax revenues derived from England should be ring fenced and no subsidy should be provided to Scotland or Wales.
