Rejected petition Encourage TV broadcasters to decommission Standard Definition TV channels

All TV sets bought nowadays are either Full HD or more increasingly, Ultra High Definition or 4K sets.
However, the number of HD and 4K channels is very low. The government and the viewing public need to encourage broadcasters and content providers to produce more HD & 4K content over the airwaves
