'Noisy vehicles' includes drivers playing loud music from cars, as well as inherently loud motorbikes and tuned cars.

This petition aims to support the use of noise cameras and other police-controlled means to deter and find drivers of noisy vehicles in residential areas at set times.

Benefits:
- Reduced incidences of health problems caused by lack of sleep and stress - hence money saved by the NHS
- Greater feeling of community spirit and consideration in built-up environments
- Doesn't prevent the ownership or use of noisy vehicles, just tighter controls over the times and areas they can be used
- Punishes drivers who specifically aim to disrupt peaceful environments
