Rejected petition MP's resignations should trigger Parliamentary suspension, trigger a By-Election

In the real world of Business, if executives resign and there is deemed a conflict of interest, then the normal course of events, is ID removal, Computer,email frozen and being escorted out of the building.

Our elected Representatives simply take a different seat in the House.
