There is a legal Deed of Covenant dated 22nd October 2003 between Beazer Homes Ltd & Sedgemoor District Council to “Badger Foraging Site” land forming part of the land registered under the title number ST120570 contains the following Covenants:-
1. Not to use the Badger Foraging Area for any purpose save as an open space an badger protection area.
2. Not to erect any building whether of a permanent or temporary nature or carry out any development upon the Badger Foraging Land
We must stop any development on the Badger Foraging Land as any development will set a president allowing further development and the loss of a protected wildlife habitat forever!
