Rejected petition call a general election before the 31st of October

I believe that parliament no longer represents the will of the people, I believe it's time the people decide how we leave the eu and who takes us out, our government can no longer govern therefore it's time the public gave a new government a new mandate to take the uk into the future outside the eu.
