Rejected petition Enshrine in law that an elected MP cannot change party without a by-election

I am Appalled by the current changing of parties without the consent of the local constituency electorate. I cannot start to work for another company without resigning from my current one and I don’t see why an MP should. Salary and Pension should be stopped until re-elected.
