Rejected petition MP's should be required by Law to a by-election when changing Political Parties.

Many MP's like Chuka Umunna, Anna Soubry, Sam Gyimah, Angela Smith, Sarah Wallaston, etc have changed their political party since the last general election and so they should be accountable to having a by-election in their constituency to make the constituents accept their party change.
