Rejected petition MP's that change party mid term should lose their seat until a by-election

They should lose their seat because their constituents voted them on a party manifesto they no longer stand for. The elected party should put in a temporary candidate until a by-election is held whereby people can vote for their old MP if they so wish or their party of choice.
