There's a wealth of evidence linking sun beds with skin cancer and it has often been said that a "healthy tan is no tan". Establishments which have the objective of improving health and well being of the population (including private companies) should not therefore promote activites which are so detrimental to health, and should not be able to advertise themselves as "health clubs".
