Petition In the UK cookery lessons should be legally included in every school curriculum

School prepares you for the education you will receive in university but not the independence which goes hand in hand. Teaching adolescents to cook food prepares them for life in university when parents may not be available to teach them.

Cookery lessons will also encourage teenagers to learn how to make their own food and as a result it will decrease obesity in the uk as they may not buy fast food as much.
