Petition Publish a report on the benefits to be gained from leaving the European Union

The release of the planning assumptions behind Operation Yellowhammer has tilted debate on Brexit and induced panic or pessimism in many communities. We call upon Parliament to commission a parallel report on the benefits of Brexit, to be produced before any potential exit, to balance debate.
