My frustrations with the CMS service, and how there are thousands who have received the same appalling service.
Nearly 7 months later with no progress and common with many parents.
An inconsistent and a dis-jointed service which accumulates in disparity of facts .
Review and change.

Different case workers every week with no consistency .
Call backs never returned.
Three complaints and one involving my local MP.
7 months with no progress.
Untrained staff.
Disparity with information.
Being told if I didn’t like the service then don’t use it.
Admittance from one worker that they did not know what to say as it was not their usual section .
Stressful causing anxiety.
parents who are going through the same problems.
Portal not working .
Letters receive months later.
