An election or referendum may be imminent. Democracy requires an open and level playing field. NOT targeted and secret "dark manipulation" on social media, playing on emotions, spreading untruths without public scrutiny.
Legal controls are urgently needed to control such abuse.

Targeting by age, social, economic, regional or political groupings must be banned, All advertising material must be made available for full public scrutiny.
