Petition Extend paid statutory paternity leave for working fathers for up to 3 months.

Fathers deserve to have time to bond with their new baby/child as well as the mother. It helps the family as a whole as the mother would have support for longer which is sometimes essential following difficult births. It also promotes equality for fathers and the household (the mental load).
