Rejected petition Stop drug smuggling through the south coast of Devon.
The south coast of Devon is one of the premier fronts for South American drug smuggling into the UK - yet it is very lightly policed. We need more police stations and surveillance - this will increase livelihood in some deprived parts of Devon and the rest of the UK. Drugs are a problem.

Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
Petitions need to call on the UK Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do, for example to increase funding for Devon and Cornwall Police to tackle drug smuggling.
Local operational policing decisions are the responsibility of Devon and Cornwall Police and the elected Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC), rather than the UK Government or Parliament. You could raise the issue with Devon and Cornwall PCC:
