Closed Change law to require employers to offer flexible working to menopausal women

The symptoms of the menopause can be very disabling for many women which can go on for years and having to work set hours can make it even harder, which I and others have experienced. Let's get it out in the open and make life easier for women, which will also make life better for all in the future
