Petition Fund a dedicated fully functioning Childrens Specialist Hospital in Plymouth

Children who have serious illness or life threatening accidents will be considered for transfer to Bristol Hospital due to Derriford Hospital not having the full facility and professionals. Time sharing vital information si too much wasted time.

A seriously ill child will not travel alone in an Air or Land Ambulance a professional team will have to travel with the child.This is precious time and resource that should all be working in Derriford Hospital when that child arrives.. Not having to be transferred with all that entails. A fully working acute unit with the staff and facilty to further train staff needs to be here and here Now in Plymouth.
