Petition to introduce a mandatory test/authority to enable drivers to use the motorway system. With a clear knowledge of how motorways work, rules and understanding of the highway code when using the motorway (eg. Use of the correct lane, overtaking procedure and following distances).
Sick of going from lane 1 to lane 3 to overtake someone sitting in the middle lane, and then back over to lane 1 with them completely oblivious to their error?
