Petition Paying for the new Royal Yacht

Call me old fashioned, an unrepentant Royalist, but much as I think Mr Mrchael Gove needs to learn something about spelling, I support his wish that for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, the nation buys her a brand spanking new yacht, budget £1.50 per head of the UK population and to cover the cost levy the old rates system on all foreign owned land and property in the UK, they who get away with a minor contribution to council costs and nothing towards the Armed Forces, the Police or other services that protect their land and property purchases, while driving up the cost of houses for us local Brits
